The Shed Restaurant Continues to Impress and Expand

Over its last few years at home in Huntington Village, The Shed has gained notoriety as a must-try brunch, lunch, and dinner spot on Long Island.

It boasts a refined menu full of American comfort food that contradicts its humble namesake, and has only seen success since its 2017 opening.

We felt the name represented: casual, comfortable and familiar.

On account of its success at its Huntington location, The Shed has opened a second location in West Sayville at 21 Main St as of 2019, and is currently working on opening a Plainview location that is “coming soon to the shops at Country Pointe” according to The Shed website.

The restaurant offers a venue that is appropriate for all types of visitors, from a family dinner to a boozy birthday brunch. Alongside its quaint indoor and outdoor patio dining areas, The Shed has a bar for patrons of 21 and older to enjoy before, during or after their meal.

The Shed’s menu offers a variety of items for every taste-- the one thing they all have in common is fresh ingredients, such as fresh-ground meat daily, and organic ingredients whenever possible. The menu also offers signature cocktails and beer on-tap.

You can visit both the Huntington and West Sayville locations from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.  Brunch is offered daily, and dinner begins at 4 p.m. The Shed locations are closed on Mondays.
