Free Classes for First Responders at STRONG Pilates Commack

For National First Responders Day, every regularly scheduled 45-minute class is free for firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, nurses and other emergency personnel. Classes at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 AM, 12 PM, and 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 PM. The studio is also raising money for the FealGood Foundation. Space on the machines is limited; call 631-382-0703 to reserve.
