Diver scallops with La Jota Vineyard Chardonnay, Wagyu tartare with the 2017 and 2022 Cardinale Cabernet side by side, dry-aged ribeye with two 2022 Lokoya mountain Cabernets, and artisan cheese with a 2010 Lokoya Howell Mountain. Seated at 6:30 PM, parties of one to six. Seating is limited; reserve through OpenTable.
