The 27th annual Out Running Cancer 5K across Shelter Island Heights, benefiting the North Fork Breast Health Coalition, the Coalition for Women's Cancers and Lucia's Angels. Shuttles run from both ferry terminals; same-day registration closes at 10:30 a.m.
