Most Long Island property owners only call a commercial real estate broker when they are ready to sell, buy or check what a building is worth. The Expo runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on October 27 at the Hilton Long Island/Huntington, 598 Broadhollow Road in Melville. It is free and open to the public, members and non-members alike, and the Chamber asks guests to register free on the Expo page. More than 100 businesses will be on the floor, with twelve Long Island restaurants serving through the day on Restaurant Row. The Chamber presents the Expo in partnership with the 110 Business Corridor.

Commercial real estate advice for everyday property owners

A leadership team with more than a century of experience

Ron Epstein founded Realty Wealth Property Solutions in 2025 after four decades in commercial real estate. He started as a leasing agent at Polimeni Realty, became Partner and Executive Vice President at Polimeni International in 1998, and led a development program in Poland that built nearly two million square feet of shopping centers and earned two "Shopping Center of the Year" CEE Retail Awards. Back on Long Island, he joined Realty Connect in 2019 as Associate Broker to launch its commercial division, RC Commercial Partners, before starting RWPS.

He is joined by Louis D'Ambrosio, who leads property management and brings more than 25 years of experience managing multifamily, retail and office properties, and Philip Okun, who leads consulting and has been in commercial real estate since 1978. Together, the firm says, its leadership has more than 100 years of combined industry experience and more than 400 lease transactions across two continents.
