If your idea of a good Saturday involves a talk on longevity, a new supplement to ask questions about and a sound bath to finish the afternoon, it is worth getting on the train. The NEWLIFE Wellness Summit & Expo returns to Manhattan on Saturday and Sunday, November 7 and 8, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Conference Center in Times Square, and Long Islanders get there in about an hour.

America's Longest-Running Wellness Expo

NEWLIFE was founded more than 35 years ago by Mark Becker, known to longtime attendees as "The Original Biohacker." It was introducing New Yorkers to yoga, herbs, nutrition, meditation and mind-body health long before any of it went mainstream, and it bills itself as the longest-running expo of its kind in the country.

"People don't simply want to live longer, they want to live healthier, stronger and more consciously," Becker says. "NEWLIFE has always been about discovering what's next."

What's on the Floor

This year brings together roughly 100 speakers and exhibitors across two days, with lectures, exhibits, live demonstrations and the chance to talk with practitioners and wellness companies face to face. The topics:

  • Longevity and anti-aging
  • Biohacking
  • Functional medicine and holistic health
  • Consciousness
  • Wellness technology

Who's Speaking

Featured speakers on the organizer's 2026 lineup include Daniel Sheehan (UFO disclosure attorney), Stephen Bassett (a post-disclosure world), Dr. Rob Silverman (The Cellular Energy Code), Dr. Paul Ling Tai (integrative medicine and longevity), Dr. Howard Robins (ozone therapy and regenerative medicine), Donna McGrath (medical intuitive and energy healing), Jodi Serota (vibrational sound healing), Jeffrey V. Noble (emotional healing), Alan Steinfeld (remote viewing), founder Mark Becker, Dr. Eric Kaplan (rewire your brain) and Peter Roth (Human Design). The full schedule is on the NEWLIFE New York Expo page.

Getting There from Long Island

Take the LIRR into Penn Station, then it is about a 15-minute walk north up Seventh Avenue and Broadway, or a few stops on the 1 train to 50th Street. The conference center entrance is on West 48th Street at 1601 Broadway. Two days is a lot to take in, so look at the schedule before you go and pick the two or three talks you most want to hear, then leave time to wander the exhibit floor.
