Every Wednesday, vocalist Gino Dabbicco brings Ol' Blue Eyes to Main Street.

Casa Stellina has handed Long Island a new standing Wednesday plan. The Farmingdale restaurant has launched Sinatra Night, a weekly live set of the great American songbook performed by vocalist Gino Dabbicco, running every Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.

Sinatra Night at Casa Stellina, every Wednesday with Gino Dabbicco

It is a natural fit. Sinatra built a career on warmth and swagger, and Casa Stellina's dining room is built for exactly that kind of night: a room that runs a little louder than you expect, made for lingering over dinner and a good drink. Dabbicco carries the standards live, the ones that get a whole room humming by the second chorus. This is not background music. It is the reason to book the table.

Come hungry. The kitchen turns out modern Italian with pasta rolled in-house each morning, from Polpette al Sugo to house-made Strozzapretti al Fume and a Margherita out of the wood-fired oven. Get there early and the bar runs happy hour until 6 p.m., with $10 cocktails to start the night before the first song.

Sinatra Night runs every Wednesday, 6 to 9 p.m., at Casa Stellina, 300 Main Street, Farmingdale. No cover, reservations only, and Wednesdays like this fill fast. Learn more and reserve your table at casastellinany.com, or call (516) 943-9111.
