Maureen’s Kitchen has been a classic and well-known spot on Long Island since it was established in 1985. Not only is the food delicious, but the ambiance is unique with its cow-theme running throughout the whole place. Maureen’s Kitchen sticks to its traditional ways by not taking credit cards or reservations, so make sure to get there bright and early with cash-only. Making everything from scratch, In The Shed is open for brunch daily until 4 p.m. with incredible dishes such as the Buttermilk Pancakes and the Shegg Sandwich. Aside from their delicious food and beverages, In The Shed’s beautiful rustic-chic decor and great atmosphere makes this place a unique spot to eat at. This restaurant also provides beautiful outdoor dining options at their two locations in Huntington and West Sayville, with another spot coming soon to Plainview.
