Long Island Sound Exploration Day
Saturday, August 15, 2026, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. · The Waterfront Center, 1 West End Avenue, Oyster Bay
Free family day on Oyster Bay harbor: boat rides and kayak tours first come first served, fishing lessons, bird walks, a beach cleanup and hands-on science activities from New York Sea Grant and the DEC. Free admission and free parking at Beekman Beach. Runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
