Locally harvested oysters from Long Island growers, live music, marine education and colonial-era demonstrations on the Port Jefferson waterfront, presented by the Suffolk County 250th Anniversary Committee with the Village of Port Jefferson. Runs 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; rain date Sunday, August 16.
