In collaboration with local art organization Colored Colors, the Amityville Village Community Art Market will kick off its first weekend on Saturday, May 15.

According to an announcement by Mayor Dennis Siry on the Amityville Chamber of Commerce website, the will operate from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday beginning May 15 through the weekend of June 12 on the Village Triangle on Broadway and Park Avenue. Visitors can expect music and poetry in the gazebo, and approximately 20 arts and crafts vendors on the triangle.

Our goal is to showcase our downtown and increase foot traffic to our existing stores and restaurants in our downtown. No food will be sold at the event and vendors will be parked in nearby lots, leaving spaces for your regular clientele.
