3. Macari Vineyards: This 500 acre waterfront farm is a beautiful winery that was established by the Macari family in 1995. Macari Vineyard provides guests with options for a private barrel cellar, where a staff member introduces and educates about the winemaking philosophy, as well as “Bergen Road Bungalows,” a private bungalow perfect for your outdoor tastings. 4. Bedell Cellars: Bedell Cellars is a family owned winery open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. that is dedicated to quality and creativity in all that they offer. For 40 years, this family has been hand-crafting small batches of their delicious wines. 5. Paumanok Vineyards: Founded in 1983, Paumanok Vineyards is a beautiful 127 acre estate providing great wines from the most premium grapevines. Their wine consists of Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.
