The Bay Shore location will occupy space on the first floor of the in-progress apartment complex Eleven Maple, which lies at 11 Maple Ave. Owners and co-founders Paul Saccoccio and Cliff Weinstein hope to open up in late summer or early fall.

The Islip location, which will be located at the former Pizza Parm location at 591 Main St. is projected to open this spring. Both locations will surpass its current locations in size, with the Bay Shore location offering outdoor seating.

Saccoccio and Weinstein take pride in the quality Italian food-- specifically the pizza-- that they offer their customers. Their menu features traditional items like garlic knots, fried raviolis, a variety of pasta dishes, and pizza slices and pies of all kinds. More unique speciality items like Thai Chili pizza and Nonna’s Non-Dairy pizza can also be found on their menu.

As they expand their empire, they hope to expand their menu and capabilities as well. Saccoccio and Weinstein plan to implement an Italian cafe-style feature to their Bay Shore location, offering coffee and small breakfast bites in the mornings, and the menu it’s currently known for in the afternoons and evenings.
