Huntington Village Business Landscape Undergoes Change

Huntington Village is turning over a new leaf as it invites in new businesses and relocates and expands others.

The village has undergone a bit of change over the past year as it has watched businesses like Jos. A Banks, Jon Megaris Hair Salon and Loft close down and abandon their Main Street locations.

Although some have left, others are here to stay. New York Avenue is as busy as Pete’s Famous Cheesesteaks has begun renovations and Collectors Coins & Estate Jewelry is expanding. Additionally, the oil and vinegar specialists at The Crushed Olive are moving just around the corner from their former Main Street location to New York Avenue.

Boutique Twenty5a just opened the doors at its new location on Main Street, replacing the former Runway & Rose. Huntington Village is the boutique’s fourth location.

It is safe to say that Huntington Village will only continue to evolve and change as it looks to fill vacant storefronts with more promising businesses.
