Butler’s Flat Returns With Seasonal Seafood Delights

Butler’s Flat, located in Capri Marina West in Port Washington Village will be opening up for its tenth season in April of 2021.

The clam shack intends to continue bringing locally sourced seafood options to those wanting to take in the view of the sprawling Manhasset Bay while enjoying quality food.

According to their site, Butler’s Flat was named for the Massachusetts lighthouse, Butler Flats. Its owner, Christopher Bumlo, kept with his family’s tradition of enjoying great New England seafood by offering the very same to his customers.

Expect their highly praised fried clams and their New England clam chowder to return along with other dishes. Their fish are sourced along the Northeast, with fresh fish caught as close as Montauk. Their philosophy as local purveyors is obtaining their seafood from regions along the East Coast, allowing them to keep to their standard of good quality New England meals.

Butler’s Flat will open up again sometime in April. They intend on adding more seating and have prepared specifically for COVID-19 regulations. Check out their website to view their menu, hours, and story.
