Coastal Kitchen and Daiquiri Bar Gives Bay Shore an Island Experience

As of 2017, Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar has brought its coastal-inspired food and travel-inspired drinks and daiquiris to Bay Shore at its 12 E Main St. location.

The menu hosts a number of dishes and drinks brought about by trips, stays, and simple inspiration from places like Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, St. T homas, St. John, little Martinique, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic and more. Anthony Tartaglia, his brother Andy Tartaglia, and executive chef Zach Rude channeled the foods, drinks, and cultures of these destinations when first concocting the menu in 2017.

There’s such care put into cocktail recipes in that region of the world, from fresh fruits like real coconut and papayas to crushed ice and aged region-specific spirits; this attention to detail and quality of ingredients … that’s where our cocktail program is heading.
— Anthony Tartaglia, in an interview predating the opening of Coastal Kitchen and Daiquiri Bar.
