Life coach, Susan Petang, helps her clients manage stress, anxiety, and depression through The Quiet Zone Method, which is based on the “gold standards” of psychology. She is strong in developing self-confidence, helping you find the best parts of yourself, and dealing with grief.

Launching within the next two weeks is a new program by Susan Petang called The Divorced Women’s Blueprint, teaching divorced women how to lose the ‘losers’ and find their ideal partner. As Susan states, this program aims to “Help people understand why they made bad choices because the same reasons that we are overwhelmed with life are generally the same reasons that losers, and psychic vampires, and jerks, and mama's boys are attracted to us.” This self-confidence building program will teach you how to heal from past traumas so that you can finally search and find healthy relationships.

The Quiet Zone Coaching is great for coping with trauma and past relationships, learning what to do when feeling overwhelmed, defining your values or purpose, and plenty more. As noted by Susan, “If you are overwhelmed by daily life and life is just hard, you don't have to suffer. I don't believe that human beings were put on this planet to suffer. My feeling is that people were put here to appreciate and observe and to celebrate what the universe, or god, or whatever you want to define as a higher power created.”

Start your journey of healing at The Quiet Zone Coaching today by taking a free 45-minute session, which looks at your life and what you need to feel like yourself again. The Quiet Zone Coaching offers remote sessions for all your life needs, except couples counseling. To find out more about Susan’s services, prices, methods, or to book a session, visit The Quiet Zone website or call at (631) 742-6079. Susan Petang is also available on Linkedin and Facebook.
