Americano Pie Bar has brought quality brick oven pizzas, pasta dishes, cocktails, and more to Islip since its beginning.
The restaurant is one of about 30 restaurants that the Branchinelli family owns across Long Island, and formally opened at 517 Main Street in May of 2017.
Americano Pie Bar specializes, of course, in its pizzas. Its menu includes options like the Prosciutto pie, Honey Spice pie, Big Mac pie, and a Vegan Pizza option. It also features a plethora of sandwich and pasta entrees, including a Chicken Parmigiana Hero, filet mignon sandwich, Short Rib Rigatoni, and Lobster Ravioli. It jumps out of its Italian comfort zone with a small selection of tacos to choose from, such as its Skirt Steak and Veggie options.
It also hosts brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a specialty brunch menu. It includes classic brunch items like its Huevos Rancheros and Eggs Benny, and a substantial selection of vegan options under its plant-based section, including scrambles and french toast.
The drink menu is equally as extensive, providing a long list of wines and draft beer, and specialty cocktails like the Berry Bangster and Subtle Peño.
