For nearly five years, the restaurant has been considered a charming locale by Long Island residents, filled with personality and great food. Their name was inspired by the classic American novel, F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby.”

Described by Gatsby’s Landing themselves as having a “vintage feel,” the restaurant brings a sense of stepping back in time. A sleek bar awaits those itching for signature cocktails, such as their Gatsby’s Mule and their unique margarita options. Seating for sit-down dining is plentiful, keeping to the theme of the lounge with stylish booths. Seating is also available in a window-side room tucked away from the bar. As spring rolls in, they have introduced special seasonal cocktails for patrons to enjoy.

The restaurant’s outdoor setup contains a fair amount of table space, with views of the nearby Roslyn Pond to add to the comforting atmosphere. As pandemic restrictions lessen, the restaurant has been able to implement both outdoor and indoor seating once more.

Gatsby’s Landing can be found at 1362, Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn. Asides from well-received Sunday brunches, their operating hours are typically throughout lunch and dinner. Visit their website for more information on their menu and reservations.
