They are a recent addition to the town, having opened in February of 2021. PCB is quickly making a name for themselves with fine beers and a positively received tasting room, as well as plenty of events and live music.

Nearby to the Peconic River, PCB offers great views and great drinks as part of an ever-shifting menu. The brewery has become a local hotspot with their 15-barrel brewhouse and inventive beers. Some notable options among their current menu include their Stargazer Orange Blossom pale ale, a vibrant colored beer with orange blossom and vanilla notes, as well as their Dreamgirl IPA, described as their “flagship” on PCB’s website.

As the brewery picks up steam, more and more events have been planned. To celebrate Mother’s Day, PCB is hosting their “Mom’s Boujee Brunch.” Starting on Sunday, May 9, the event will include live music, food, and some vendors. According to the brewery, their brunch options will include beermosas, a take on traditional mimosas with some PCB flare. Attending mothers will also be entered into a giveaway for a “Mommy & Me” photoshoot as well as a massage.

Peconic County Brewery will be open at 10 a.m. for their Mother’s Day event. Their live music will begin in the afternoon, but mothers and family can get started on the festivities right away.
