Since it was first established in 2016, Catch Oyster Bar has drawn eyes from Patchogue residents for its classic take on seafood with an emphasis on raw, fresh oysters and clams.

The restaurant was devised by the Avino family, restaurateurs with previous experience from the popular Bellport Chowder House.

Catch Oyster Bar held its grand opening in February of 2017. It has become a hot spot for its locally sourced oysters as well as a bevy of other delicious menu items. The space is a modest storefront nestled between other brick and mortar stores on the populous North Ocean Avenue in Patchogue.

Their menu includes plenty of options aside from the raw bar. The Catch Signature Lobster Roll and their fish tacos are well-reputed, not to mention plenty of other locally sourced dishes and fried platters they offer.

The restaurant is open year-round and closed on Tuesdays. It runs from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and you can find further information and a full menu on its website.
