CAVA’s 1st Long Island Location Opening Soon in Melville 🥗
CAVA, a Mediterranean restaurant serving healthy and fast-casual food, is making its way to Long Island. This widely popular chain restaurant has over 80 locations, originating in Rockville, Maryland, with a new location on its way into the Melville Mall.
With the ability to build and customize your meal to your liking, CAVA stands out as another great fast food choice for a healthier lunch or dinner. Their menu starts with the option for a base including a salad, grain bowl, pita, rice, and more. You then go on to choose from a variety of Greek spreads and dips such as tzatziki, roasted eggplant, red pepper hummus, and plenty more. Pick your protein with options from grilled chicken to braised lamb to falafel. You can finish off your bowl with toppings and dressings of your choosing, creating a delicious yet healthy Mediterranean on-the-go meal.
